How do I claim for this?
Simply send us a mail at info@contactlensclub.in showing a lower price on the same lens type and quantity (including delivery) and we will match it for you. Simple! (T’s&C’s apply)
Can I pay using my medical aid?
We are registered with all major medical aid providers and 100’s of practices in South Africa. To claim from your medical aid, please fill in the relevant section on your order for the member details. You will then receive an invoice which can be submitted back to the medical aid for reimbursement.
Please note Contact Lens Club cannot guarantee that the entire or partial purchase will be covered by the scheme. Please contact your medical insurer beforehand if you are unsure.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free to your most conveniently located Spec-Savers or Execuspecs store, nationwide, for all orders with contact lenses. If the order does not contain a box of lenses a R70 delivery fee will apply if the order is less than R400.
Where can you deliver?
We deliver nationwide in South Africa through Courier-It courier service who deliver to your most conveniently located Spec-Savers or Execuspecs store for order collection.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery on your order is normally within 7 working days. If the lens supplier does not have the ordered prescription in stock, delivery may take longer but we will inform you of any delays as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number for Courier-It courier service.

Contact lenses should not be worn while swimming. This is especially true of monthly lenses. Contact lenses sit directly on the eye. Water can become trapped between the lens and the eye. This can lead to infections and potentially permanent damage. Please consult your optometrist if you are considering swimming with contact lenses.
Contact lenses when fitted properly from your optometrist and with the correct prescription will not make your vision worse. It is important that the correct cleaning regime is followed for monthly lenses. Regular checkups are made with your optometrist, every 12 months, and lenses are not over worn. If experincing any symptoms stop wearing the lenses immediately and contact your optometrist.
Daily contact lenses must be removed and discarded at the end of the day. A new lens must used for the next wear. Monthly lenses must be disposed 30 days after the lens was first opened. This means even if the lenses were only worn once in the 30 day period it must still be discarded 30 days after opening.
Contact lenses can generally be worn between 8-10 hours a day. Specific wearing times should be discussed with your optometrist. Wearing the lenses longer than the recommended duration can lead to infections, discomfort or additional symptoms.
