To return your product, please email info@contactlensclub.in
Ancillary thereto, Contact Lens Club shall bear the cost of having the product returned to it only if the incorrect product was dispatched or the product is damaged or defective.
In all other instances, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Contact Lens Club.
The customer shall receive a refund within 15 days of the product being received by Contact Lens Club, and an exchange within 15 days from the product being received by Contact Lens Club.
